Letters of Children native were to travel with father. He is in Australia (arrived 19/8/66).

This group is The [sic] worst group I have seen from Mauritius as they are predom. [sic] regional in appearance and deepish brown in colour. They are clean and well dressed but speak only French. We had great difficulty with language when arranging completion of passenger cards (not completed [illegible]) and had to call in our interpreter. I feel They [sic] may be an integration problem.

Action Taken:

[the following text is handwritten in blue ink]

I saw the father waiting at the airport. He is a small man, slightly better in appearance than the rest of the family. As he did not have his passport with him, I was wrath to explain what type of Entry Permit he held so assessed wife and children T.E.P 30 days, and requested Mr G to present his passport and that for his family to our office.
