Immigration Act 1901-1912 and Regulations.

I, [handwritten] William Henry Lovegrove [end handwritten] the Collector of Customs for the State of [stamped:] Northern Territory of Australia [end stamp] in the said Commonwealth, hereby certify that [handwritten] Florrie Lee Hang Gong [end handwritten] hereinafter described, who is leaving the Commonwealth temporarily, will be exempted from the provisions of paragraph (a) of Section 3 of the Act if he returns to the Commonwealth within a period of [handwritten] 36 months [end handwritten] from this date.
