2. Incorrect statements may result in delay, if not refusal of the application, or if not discovered until after visas have been issued may result in the applicant being prevented from landing in Australia or from remaining in Australia after arrival.

3. The application is to be accompanied by FOUR passport photographs of each member of the family wishing to travel to Australia[.] The photographs should be of the head and shoulders only, taken without a hat, and should show the person concerned facing the camera and against a plain background. The back of one photograph of each person should be endorsed with his or her name.
