Gill's extensive senior executive experience in government strategy, policy and transformation includes several Chief Operating Officer roles. Her public policy and program experience is diverse and includes leading and implementing technology-led change and transformation across border security, transport, regional development, social services and environment. This program and service delivery experience underpins her pragmatic approach to achieving outcomes.

With over 18 years of consulting experience providing advice on strategy, governance and risk to government and business organisations, she brings a combination of strategic insight and an ability to consider the future today.

Gill joined National Archives in April 2025 and is focused on shaping strategy, building organisational resilience, embracing technology and lifting capability.
