The National Archives offers the following in records management training:
- Keep the Knowledge – make a record! – a package for trainers to help them teach Australian Government employees about their records management responsibilities and obligations elearning module
- Records and information management in the Australian Government – a one-day workshop for records managers and staff
- Check-up briefing – a briefing session on how Check-up can improve your ability to manage your records and information
- Implementing normal administrative practice (NAP) – a two-hour training session on how to effectively and accountably implement normal administrative practice (NAP) to routinely destroy certain types of low-value records and information
- Introduction to sentencing – a practical half-day training course for sentencing staff, contractors and their supervisors
- Developing a records authority – This interactive workshop explores the steps involved in developing a records authority for your agency
