The XML and Excel files are truncated versions of AFDA which may be useful for uploading into information systems. They contain information on the

• function name
• function scope note
• function 'for' statements
• activity name
• activity scope note
• activity 'for' statements
• class description
• class 'for' statements
• disposal class number
• class status
• the disposal action 

for each disposal class. 

They do not contain the full information which is avalible in the PDF versions, including the introductory information. These files should be used in conjuntion with the PDF versions.
