Our exhibitions in Canberra use archival records to tell stories of people and events. Our current temporary exhibition is Strike a Pose, which is the National Archives’ entry in the Vivid National Photography Festival. The emerging local fashion industry of the 1960s and 1970s is celebrated in 89 images taken by photographers of the Australian News and Information Bureau.
