Jade Balfour has a Bachelor of Arts degree Art History (Fine Arts)/English & Cultural Studies majors from the University of Western Australia. She actively engages with and contributes to the WA Aboriginal arts community using her knowledge of Western Australian Aboriginal anthropologic and ethnographic histories such as genealogical familial structures. She recently was directly involved in the research, writing and editing of They Served With Honour, a comprehensive historical publication acknowledging thirteen Aboriginal soldiers who served at Gallipoli in WWI.
